Jodie Richardson
Director of Customer Success TechPipeline Jodie Richardson recently joined TechPipeline as Director of Customer Success and brings with her vast experience from her many years in leading tech transfer offices.She began her career at the University of Nebraska’s tech transfer office (NUtech Ventures) before spending several years at the University of Michigan, where Jodie was the Assistant Director of Operations and built a successful compliance and data management team. Most recently, Jodie was the Associate Director of Operations at MIT’s Technology Licensing Office. In that position, she oversaw a broad range of operational departments, including business operations, data management & metrics, compliance, human resources, and information technology. These valuable experiences give Jodie deep insight into a wide range of tech transfer activities, operations, practices, and policies.Jodie is passionate about the Bayh-Dole Act, driving positive change and continuous improvement in the industry, and is committed to fostering and sharing best practices in the tech transfer community. She is also an active member of AUTM where she helps lead both the Annual Meeting Program Committee and the Operations and Compliance Course Committee for AUTM University.
