November delivers the second half of our double issue on recruiting and retention in technology transfer offices. Data takes a front seat in this issue with two articles about staffing trends, including an analysis of AUTM Survey data over the past 5 years plus an article on career paths to tech transfer in Canadian offices. We plan to expand both studies in the coming months with deeper research leveraging TechPipeline research studies, AUTM Survey data, and additional resources spanning broader geographies.
We support these research articles with two articles that cultivate the experience and deep insights from experienced tech transfer leaders. We sought out their insights on key retention strategies in use at various institutions plus the tension of relocation versus remote working for professionals advancing their tech transfer careers.
In all, our November issue on recruiting and retention delivers insights for you by providing practical career insights from both data analysis and practical experience.
